Delivery & Returns
All orders are carefully packaged and sent via a trusted courier service. Delivery times will be confirmed during the booking process and may vary depending on your location and the complexity of your order. As each item is made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement as swiftly as possible.
use of designs
All bespoke designs remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name], including custom illustrations, layouts, and graphics. These designs may not be reproduced, copied, or used for any other purpose without prior written permission. We reserve the right to use images of your stationery for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, unless specifically requested otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
Payment & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before printing begins. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after the design stage has begun may incur additional charges to cover time and work completed. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Proof Approval Responsibility
Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all digital proofs before giving final approval. This includes checking spelling, dates, names, and layout details. Once approval is given, we cannot be held liable for any errors that go to print. Any reprints required due to overlooked mistakes will be at the client’s expense.
Timeline & Delays
We will provide an estimated timeline upon booking and do our utmost to meet all agreed deadlines. However, delays can occur due to late feedback, proof approvals, or unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask clients to respond promptly during the design process to help keep everything on track. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched.
Customs & International Delivery
For international orders, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the client. We advise checking with your local customs office in advance to avoid unexpected costs.
